Hello Bill, suffice to say I am sad you are leaving WMHT's morning show. I have enjoyed listening to your wonderful voice educating me every weekday morning about the wonderful world of classical music!! But I'm not completely selfish, I do wish you every happiness as you begin this new chapter in your life. Best wishes and a huge THANKS to you!

Dear Bill I have listen to you more years than I can remember. You are part of my morning routine. You will be missed, and you have brought a greater depth into my life. I thank you for this. WMHT is part of who I am, and I would feel so lost without it. Thank you all for this.

From telling me the weather to the 9 o;clock Mozart to just being a pleasant voice in the mornings. Through dark times ...me and me little radio listening to your program got me going through the day. Will miss you Bill. Thank you and wish you the best in your future ... I am sure you will continue your great adventure. You will always be the heart representing our love for classical music.

Hi Bill,
You have been my companion in my trip to work every morning for years. You must have known that I was also retiring this year and would not need your company as often. Thanks for sticking around!
Good luck and good health in your retirement and thanks for many happy trips and educating me about classical music.

Bill,
Your immense talent behind the mic has been an inspiration to me over the years. As our friendship enters its sixth decade (dang..counting that up scared the bejezzus out of me!), I think back fondly of listening to you from your college radio days at WPLT, to your Top 40 era at WHUC, and into the public radio domain that you made your own. I wish you nothing but the best in retirement and look forward to reminiscing with you over a few cold ones real soon. I'm proud to say I have always been, and will remain, your friend.
Warm regards,
Fred

I will miss you, Bill. Mornings are not the same when you are not on the air, even though your replacements do a good job!! You have been my driving companion for years, on my way to work, and after retirement, to my many volunteer "jobs"! "9:00 Mozart" is a must-listen part of my day!
Best wishes for happiness in the next chapter of life!

Your company on my daily commute to work has been educational, enjoyable and a source of comfort. I am more knowledgeable and the music is sweeter because of all the information you shared. WMHT, and you, have made classical music an integral part of my life. Thank you so very much.
